<p>Sometimes it all gets so overwhelming. Day in and day out, the droning on and on of impending doom. What is one to do in the face of such insurmountable adversity. The media and people who profit off of pain want us to be agitated, excited, and unfocused.</p>

<p>This concept of stillness in the face of adversity is not new. In a famous scene from Bruce Lee’s “Enter the Dragon,” the protagonist finds himself trapped in a room with no way out. Instead of panicking or wasting energy on a futile escape attempt, Lee sits down and conserves his energy. He chooses stillness as a means of survival.</p>

<p>Ye just a few months ago was one of the most hated men on earth, he was more hated than the politicians, corporations, and bankers who are destroying our lives daily. All for stating his truth. Today with just a post, the court of public opinion is shifting.</p>

<p>This goes to show that things can change in an instant. This fear-based world that they have created for us can be solved with love.</p>
<p>It doesn’t make the truths of this world any less different. They want our frequency agitated, the answer is stillness.</p>
